we remind you that by registering on the PhytoItalia website it is possible to place an order conveniently from your own PC.
Once the products are chosen, they are added to the virtual cart; once the purchase is completed, the customer is guided to the payment procedure (currently payment is only possible by credit card, new payment methods will be available soon).
Before payment, the customer must enter the prescriber's name, then they will be automatically transferred to the secure payment page on the server via the Moneta circuits (BancaIntesa-San Paolo) to complete the purchase.
Once the payment is authorized, the order is sent to PhytoItalia which verifies that the payment has actually been received and that the goods are fully available in stock, this takes about 24/48 hours.
If everything is available, the package is handed over to the courier who delivers it within 24/48 hours from dispatch.
Shopping ONLINE offers some advantages, including free shipping for orders over 120 euros and the availability of products on offer only for online orders.
Furthermore, the virtual cart remains available for a few weeks in the customer's personal area, allowing them to choose to complete the order at a later time without having to search for the products again. Orders are archived in the personal area, thus creating a history of purchases made by each customer.
