Phytoitalia products are distributed throughout Italy through 2 channels:
1. DIRECT ORDER
On the advice of an expert Professional, it allows the customer to receive the product comfortably at home without having to search for it in various stores or pharmacies and guarantees the Professional the correspondence between the ordered product and the recommended one, thus allowing the uniformity of the recommended therapy wherever the patient is located.
BY PHONE: the order can be placed by calling the nearest branch or by calling the number 02 97292427 extension 1 – The operator will handle the registration of the customer's order and proceed with fulfillment by entrusting the shipment to an express courier. From this moment the package is in the hands of the courier who guarantees (except for particular problems – e.g. carrier strikes, government-imposed impediments, etc.) delivery within 24/48 hours. PhytoItalia relies on an external courier who will provide a tracking number with which it is possible to monitor the shipment.
ONLINE: by registering on the PhytoItalia website it is possible to place the order comfortably from your PC. Once the products are chosen, they are added to the virtual cart; once the purchase is completed, the customer is guided to the payment procedure. Before payment, the customer must enter all personal data, the shipping address, and the prescriber's name, then will be automatically transferred to the payment page through secure circuits (Moneta or PayPal) to complete the purchase.
Once the payment is authorized, the order is sent to PhytoItalia which verifies that the payment has actually been received and that the goods are fully available in stock, this takes about 24 hours.
If everything is available, the package is handed over to the courier who delivers it within 24/48 hours from fulfillment.

Telephone or fax orders can be paid by: cash on delivery, bank transfer, or credit card; ONLINE orders accept payment by credit card or PayPal through the Secure Banking System.
